What makes them gourmet? Simple: more meat, more pepper, more flavour. Our Gourmet Cornish Pasties are made using extra lean beef, diced potato, swede, and onion — just like tradition demands — but with a heartier filling and a peppery kick that sets them apart.

Storage:
Our pasties are cooked fresh on the day of dispatch, then shipped out chilled ready to be kept in the fridge or be frozen upon arrival. 

Reheating Instructions (Fan Oven):
Pasties can be enjoyed cold, but for best results, reheat as follows:

  1. Remove all packaging.
  2. Place the pasty on a lined baking tray.
  3. Preheat your fan oven to 180°C.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes on the middle shelf.
  5. Ensure the pasty is piping hot throughout before serving. Internal temperature should reach 85°C.
