Shipping policy

At Just Cornish Ltd, we ship our handmade Cornish goods fresh from our bakery in Fraddon, Cornwall, to customers across the UK. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00am (Monday–Thursday) are typically dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00am on Thursdays may be held for dispatch on Monday to avoid courier delays over the weekend.

  • We recommend ordering your product to arrive prior occasion/event to avoid courier delay or disappointment on the special day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or high seasonal volumes.

Tracking Your Order

All deliveries are sent using a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Perishable Goods Handling

Many of our products are freshly baked and perishable. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

  • Items should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated upon arrival.

  • For the best experience, we recommend consuming products as soon as possible after delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or provide pickup instructions. Just Cornish Ltd is not responsible for missed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 working days of dispatch, please:

  1. Check the courier tracking link

  2. Contact the courier directly if needed

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at justcornishltd@gmailco.uk with your order number

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
